You can always cancel your membership by calling Member Services at 1-800-827-6364. Should you decide to cancel your service before the end of your free trial, you will not incur any charges. For further help, simply go to AOL Keyword: Cancel.

FAX them at 904-232-4879 with:

1-primary billing contacts full name, phone number and complete address
2-primary billing contacts hand written signature
3-one of the following
--master screen name on the account
--last 4 digits of payment method for account
--If applicable, answer to master screen name ASQ (account security question)
 
screw fax, just call them up and say cancel my account....... i did it couple weeks ago, as I too needed temp internet while i was traveling

And...if you pay by credit card look real close at your next statement,those guys used to make a career out of charging for another month,figured most people wouldn't call in and bitch.
