Phone number calling me...

Ok I had a number call my cell phone, I am trying to look it up on whitepages.com but its not found. Other than calling directory assistance is there a way I can see who it belongs to? Could it maybe be another cell phone number? Its first 6 digits are 225-937-XXXX, how can I see if it is a cell phone? Is there a site you can reverse lookup cell phone numbers?

I would have answered it but some local school has my number listed as a contact number for some student. Needless to say get calls sometimes when said student is having an issue... :/ They don't listen when I tell them they have the wrong number they still call back ugh...
