Phone Job Interview tomorrow! I dont know what to expect....

I was recently notified that I am going to have a phone interview tomorrow with Ferguson company.
I am nervous and feel alot of pressure because I have never done or preped anything for a phone interview.
I do not know what to expect and how to prepare for it, I really need some tips and help please.

uh, from the tone of your post, it seems like you should calm down a bit. Prepare for it like any other interview, and you should do mildly well. Because it's a phone interview, you might wanna jot a few things down. (BTW is this a job interview? i can't tell by your post-sorry)

Scripted answers, and a few things here and there, you should be fine - relax.

Well I've only had 1 phone interview but I think the most important thing you can do is relax. Even on the phone, they'll be able to hear if your nervous. It will come across in your answers and voice. Anyway I don't think it's too different from a face-to-face interview. They'll ask you why you're interested in this position, where do you see yourself in a few years (if this is entry-level and I'm assuming it is) and, what I find to be the most annoying of all, those "Can you remember a time when...?" questions. You'll have to come up with stories that show how you dealt with a co-worker you didn't get along with or where you took decisive action. Stuff like that. I think those are interviewers favorites cause most people have a hard time faking their way through that.

Anyway, best of luck. With the economy how it is you should feel great you got an interview!

I try my best relax, what else or tips I need to be aware of. I think if I practice enough I should do better than face to face interview since its in my house, and they cant see my face impression etc. What I try to get is what are some advantages over the face to face interview and how am I able to use it?

Don't expect for them to be able to see you, unless you have some kinda stolen video hookup. If you do the interview naked, don't share that with them! Otherwise you should be fine.

Take a deep breath, relax and take your time to think things thru before answering. Should do fine.

Do it naked. That should make for an interesting coffee pot talk when you get hired.
