Phone Jack Installation

I'm wiring my house to get VOIP to all of the jacks, and there is one jack that I'm working on to try to install a modular plug.

The main line pair is Blue and Blue stripe (2 blues, 2 blue stripe wires). The wire connectors on the modular jack is red, blk, yellow, and green. Which ones do I connec t to which?

Google didn't help me that much.

If you are connecting a regular phone to the jack put your blue wires on the red and green connections on the jack, that is the inside pair for the phone.

didn't work. maybe the line is bad. The other jacks work ok, though.

maybe you matched the blue/white-blue incorrectly with the red/green?
