It's for a phone support intern position, and I remember seeing their links a lot in the late 90's toward the website..and I remember they were pretty popular at the time..but haven't seen much about them lately.

Since I know a few people here have positions as phone support people, I was wondering if you guys could tell me what to prepare for in terms of questions, and what questions to ask of them.
 
Speak with conviction but apart from that I hav eno advice.
