phone interview -- advice?

same old interview advice...just relax, and pay attention to their questions...and since its over the phone...do it in your undies drinking a beer....thats bound to relax you
 
Breaks in the conversation BAD. Fill them. Don't have blank moments. Try to aim for a 50/50 verbal output between the both of you.

wait a minute...you mean you're not supposed to go into a regular interview with nothing but undies and a beer?
