Phone # for Microsoft Hardware replacement support

I remember about a year ago a post with the phone # for microsoft to call if your intellimouse optical needed to be replaced. They would ship you a new one, verifying you were a current customer by the Product ID on the bottom of the mouse.

Does anybody still have that phone #!?!?!??

I think the number is 800-360-7561. There was a thread about this about a month ago.

If that is not it, then it might be 800-370-9255.

Actually, now that I think about it, you might have to call both. Try the 360- one first though. I have both numbers written down for MS and I'm not sure which is correct.
