Phone Dialer

Does anyone know of a good phone dialer that I can use. I need to buy some Baseball playoff tickets and judging from last year it takes over an hour on the phone to get through. I have heard of Tone Loc, but it seems to me to be for looking for modems rather than rapid dialing.
