Phone call spam...

So today I received a ridiculous amount of calls on my cell phone (at work, can't answer), and I was unsure why. Well, it turns out that some guy from my hometown used some prank call application and randomly picked my number as the outgoing number, so hey, thanks, dick.

Anyway, I now know this guys cell number. What sort of legal fun can I have with it? I figured I'd post it on 4chan and enter it in a few dozen online prank call forms. Other suggestions?

Quick way to stop that is to tell them you are a conscientious objector, or you have bad knees.
