Phone autodialer / script player / etc?

Does anyone here know of a phone autodialer and script player, or something along those lines? I don't know what it would technically be called. I'm trying to figure out a way to call everyone within a given building in case the building closes - say, for example, if the building I work in is closed because of weather emergency, someone could tell the machine what numbers to call, and it does the rest...

Any ideas?
