Phoenix traffic question

Question for the Phoenix people. How bad is traffic first thing in the morning from hwy 101 south in Scottsdale to 202 west until 24th street? Thanks

Actually, I don't recall it being all that bad (been a little bit since I've done that drive..I used to work @ 16th and Camelback, and lived in Scottsdale at the time).
