Phoenix Pro not Detecting... 'Unknown Device'

After all that debating I am unable to detect my Phoenix Pro. It was working and I went to update the firmware here:

During the update (well, as I clicked on the update button) it froze.

I am now unable to see it in windows or the BIOS. I do see it as "Unknown Device" in device manager though.

What can I do to get this drive back?

Just going to RMA it, no information or anything about this anywhere on their forums or google =(
