Phoenix Bios and XFX NF2S-AED

Ok I have XFX NF2S-AED motherboard which is equiped with the nForce2 Ultra 400 Chipset. i just put a 2700 + in it and i want to set my FSB to 200 and have it be stable even if i have lower my multiplers which i will have to. The default multiplers is 13. Ok so now lets address the problem. Under my bios there is no option to either set the voltage nor set the multiplers. I was told under all motherboards there will be a option to set the voltage but not maybe the multiplers. Then i was told to flash bios etc. i have phoenix v6.00PG bios, Is this the most current to date bios? for phoenix. If any of you guys / gals have this motherboard and have the option to set multiplers and set voltage please tell me how or if you know how to fix my problem please address it to me. Thank you.
