phishing site redirection

I work at a major university, and our faculty and staff are not the most computer savvy people in the world(who would guess, right?). I want to redirect some links from phishing e-mails to point to my web server that displays a web page saying, basically, don't click on links in phishing e-mails. Right now, our only option is to black hole the IP address that the link points to. How would I go about modifying the DNS records to point to my server's IP address instead of the spammer's server?

Use some sort of proxy server. Then you can redirect certain URLs or IP addresses wherever you want.
