Bottom line is Dawkins should NOT have been called for the roughing penalty, that was RIDICULOUS. The game would have ended right there.

Dawkins should be called on just about every play he makes. He is the dirtiest player in the NFL.

I won't argue that .. but you can't say that on this specific call he actually deserved that penalty. It was clearly not roughing the passer.
