Philly guy freaks and sets apt on fire and falls 25 floors...

Just caught most of this on the news. Happend in Wahington Square near 6th and Walnut. Apparently this bozo was distraught over losing his apartment, started throwing furniture out the window(remember hes 25 floors up...) then lit his apt on fire, proceeds to jump from balcony to another apt, tosses some furniture through the window, then proceeds to set that apt on fire. Does this twice more and as he tried to escape the arriving swat team, he slipped and took a 25 story dive to the concrete below.
