Phillips Sound Card vs. SB Live!

I currently have several systems with SB Live! and I am curious about the Phillips card. Anyone have an objective comparison to offer? I know sound is a personally evaluated entity so I am looking for answers such as "less hiss", "fewer pops" "less conflicts with other items" etc. But feel free to post your personal evaluations of sound comparison also. Thanks.
