My local staples in Norwalk,ct had this on clearance for $135 down from $298. It had .25dot and 91hz at 12xx (can't remeber). Looks like a great deal. Hopefully this is chain wide.

Good luck!

damn, i live in minneapolis, mn, and the closest store is in rochester, about 60 miles to the south! How does staples not have any presence in a place as big as the twin cities metro area?

Damn, I wish they would open a Staples up here. I could use some more desktop real estate.

Seems like it's almost Chain-Wide. All the Staples in my area list the $129 price tag, but none have it in stock. Looks like I have a 45 min drive ahead to me to Norwalk, CT.

I've had this monitor for about a year now, and its a pretty good one. No big complaints, but I had to pay $200 for it after rebates at the time. It's worth the money though, especially if you can get if for $135. It's a pretty big monitor though, both screen size and overall physical dimensions. Just make sure you have enough desk space..... :)

Thanks for the heads up on this.
I managed to find one for $129 and bought a few other items to use the 30 off 150.
I got a floor model and it was marked at $231 clearance but had them check and they went with the $129.
Thanks, it seems real nice so far.

EDIT: This was at the Staples in Montrose (Akron, Ohio)
Was told they still had one in Alliance for anyone in the area.

Thanks for the post been needing a new monitor, I don't know what I was thinking when picking up a 15lcd. Got the last visable one besides the display at the San Ramon, CA Staples.

Funny thing was they had a 17" model on display by phillaps on clearence for more then the 19"

I can confirm that. Went to same Staples today and it was $127 or $129 (cant remember exactly)..... sales person was even eager to give me Staples Extended warranty on this thing for FREE.

It is a good deal but i resisted because it was a floor display model. Would have gotten it if it was new in box but floor model monitors - i tend to keep away from them (The brightness on this thing was on full and it still seemed duller than many other monitors).

If any of you want to get this monitor, just make sure that you get the extended Staples warranty for FREE (since i was offered it for FREE at this store). The sales person had all the manuals and the CD's for the monitor though at the back.
