Philips wireless keyboard (IR)

I've got a Philips wireless keyboard/mouse combo... with no reciever... its model KW-1009

Anyone have one of these and can share how to hook it up? I've tried using a laptop's IR port... and it didn't seem to work.

I've got a reciever only for this keyboard, but when i try to use it with the Philips it flashes as if its recieving something, but nothing happens.

Any ideas??
