Has anyone tried contacting philips regarding their order status? When I called the numbers listed on the website they insisted first that Philips did not direct sell Prontos to customers. After continually repeating that this appeared to be a one-time deal since it was a manufacturer refurbished model, they sent me from department to department searching for my order status. A lot of these guys had no idea that pusa-store.com was a philips front (or so I am hoping ... anyone do a whois on this?) Anyways maybe I'm just frustrated but I would be really grateful if anyone who had better luck tracking down a number where we can talk to someone who KNOWS what is going on would be great.
