Philips-Nike mp3 player & USB problems

Anyone that has the Nike[PSA128Max .... I've got an ECS K75SA motherboard with no known USB power or any kind of problems up until now.. when I try to transfer mp3's to the 128Max the files will transfer to 99%, then both the software and the mp3 player lock up. Anyone had similar problems with this unit or with any portable mp3 player in general?
