I know Philips LCDs are not as highly regarded as Samsung's, but check out this review:

Philips 180P2 Review at OnePC.net

I read the review and it seems decent to me especially with all the inputs and what not, except I definitely don't need that multimedia base. I play quite a bit of games, watch movies, and program so I need an all around LCD. I'll probably go with the 191T if you guys slam this Philips monitor. Open to all opinions and suggestions :) Thanks

EDIT: I was also very happy with the "Perfect Pixel Policy" that Philips offers.

There's about 3-4 of us in the Ars LCD thread that have bought the 191T/Dell 1900FP and no one has any bad pixels. If you buy the Dell 1900FP you can avail yourself of Dell's liberal return policy and return it "no questions asked" if you have bad pixels (or for any other reason, for that matter).

Another reason I got the 1900FP from Dell (as opposed to the 191T) is that I was able to save over $300 buy using some of the Dell coupons that are available . I got my monitor for $1024 delivered (by 2nd day Airborn Express).
