It looks like the regular price for a new set of Philips Fidelio Fidelio X2HR on Amazon runs $149. They regularly go on sale about once a month for about $126. On Prime day they were $117 so a decent savings if you don't mind refurbs.

New price history.

You may want to read the factory reconditioned definition on the Woot product page. It won't let me copopy and paste it here. I'm trying to get clarification on who actually did the reconditioning as Amazon sells a renewed version of this headphone. If I get an answer I'll bump this topic. https://www.amazon.com/Philips-Fidelio-Headphone-Black-Renewed/dp/B093LNG5YF/

I have a set of SHP9500 headphones I use for watching TV and movies. For the money they are pretty good headphones and comfortable to wear. Plenty of reviews for both online so if you're interested search for more info.

The headphones come with a 1 year warranty by Phillips, so I'd imagine these things are practically new.

I still own the Fidelio X1/28 which I bought used on Amazon in 2013, and they still work great.

Here is woot's reply about the condition. Was wanting to know specifics but it does sound like they will be in like new condtion as UsandThem mentioned. If not I'll return them and wait until prime day and buy them new if they are go on sale.

“Refurbished” covers everything from buyers’ remorse returns and products whose defects have been repaired by the pros and restored to fully working condition by the original manufacturer or a certified partner.

And the original manufacturer stands behind it with a warranty. If you can accept their checkered past, refurbs have a lot of love to give.

It’s as close to as new as you can without technically being new.

The Fidelio X2HR are back, and are $10 cheaper than the previous deal ($79.99)

Also you can get the X2HR on sale new for $126 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Philips-X2HR-Over-Ear-Open-Air-Headphone/dp/B01N5VHLUG

Not sure if it was the set I received from Woot or it was just me but I did not like these headphones. I really wanted to like them since I liked the shp9500. They were just too tight on my jaw, hot to wear and something about the sound hurt my ear drums. I think it may have been the bass. Or it could be that I picked up a set of Sennsheiser HD 560 S a week or two before the X2HR.
