Okay, whenever I try to burn a CD or DVD with any burning program, it gives me a Sense 03 error. Some have told me to update the firmware, but I cannot find any updates (on the Philips site nor anywhere else). I am aware this is a rebadged BenQ drive. Anybody have any suggestions.
