Philips 230WP7NS/ 00 or 05?

Anyone know the difference between the Philips 230WP7NS/00 and the 230WP7NS/05? Both are listed on Philips' website.
 
The difference is in where they are sold.

230WP7NS/00: all over europe, down under, asia....
230WP7NS/05 UK
230WP7NS/27 USA

There is also another part number:
230WP7NS/27B

According to Philips LCD Tech Support the "B" is a color code for "Black" instead of the silver that the panel normally comes in. That being said, I have yet to see an online retailer who carries one.
