Sucks for these people, I mean really sucks, but we here in the US talk about going directly against ISIS to wipe them out.
Here we have Duarte, someone who would toss people in a woodchipper as much as look at them. Hostages might work for a very very short time, but he's going to start catching some and feeding them alive to pigs.
