I'll never understand this, ever. What is the point of wedding vows? It seems nowadays, when the going gets tough, people just deceive and cheat rather than even attempt to work things out.

I will never, ever understand cheating.
 
It's like this, marriage is pretty pointless nowadays. Getting divorced is as common as simply breaking up.
 
Because it's a joke, I don't believe in it. I think if two people love each other that should be good enough. If you want to stay, stay. If you want to leave, leave. No one should ever be unhappily chained to another person no matter the circumstance.

I agree, but those people should grow some balls and handle the situation properly. i.e. Talk it out, or get a divorce. If someone is hopelessly chained to another person, they should divorce before anything else. There is nothing anyone can say to convince me that cheating is ok in any way, shape or form.
