We have the democrats pushing forward the ideas of the republicans from 20 years ago, as the republicans move further and further to the right. The past year saw more than 200 abortion restrictions passed througout the states by republicans. Our healthcare reform was lifted straight from Gingrich and the heritage foundation. Our loose regulations allowed BP to destroy the gulf, wall street to take down the world economy, and the wealth gap reach all new levels, etc etc.

Where do you think a mythical "left" fits into that?

It is similar to how christians, despite being the supermajority, going around claiming on every network(especially fox) of being some oppressed minority. Telling people that they are victims is a surprisingly effective tool.

LMAO!!! I watch local news as well as read Reuters and AP news articles as I prefer to read news that has as little bias as possible. Being a moderate conservative I see the bias in the liberal leaning stations (CNN, MSNBC/NBC, ABC, & CBS) and the conservative leaning station Fox. If you can't recognize the political leaning of these stations you're biased and/or blind.
