I accidentally stumbled upon Phil Grande's show on AM radio today. Listened for about 15 minutes, and couldn't believe someone let him on the air. He's got the whole 'I'm on your side' thing going, like he is rooting for the little guy, who has little to invest. Throughout the 15 minutes that I was listening, 70% of the time he was pitching his super system (join us for just $xxx per month), and the other 30% he was giving out absolutely ridiculous advice on stock market investing considering the audience he is pitching to. Those people will be out of money in double time.

How come SEC or FCC doesn't investigate this? Why do they even get air time?

The SEC/FCC didn't have time to investigate Madoff. What makes you think they have time for clowns on the radio?
