So i had my spring 05 class registration due this morning at 7am...
problem - the domain www.csus.edu is DOWN!
i had to call the telephone registration and get it done that way. I wonder how many ppl are going to miss their online registration and like me have to go old school via the phone.
Well i did get in and out in like 6 minutes, which isnt bad. I was able to register my classes, so i am happy.
Because there are only limited number of phone lines, i was watching my clock (sync'ed to windows time) and the moment it hit 7am, i hit dial and got right in. I guess as usual i am the first one in. I usually am teh first one in on the web based registration too (i keep refreshing until it lets me in).
I am going to go bitch to UCCS (university computing) for having their domain down in such a critical moment.
