Phenom II X4 920 support on HP dc5850?

What are the chances this CPU will work on the HP dc5850 (780V chipset). Trying to get AVCHD editing to go smoother than its current Triple Core X3 CPU.

Might be a tight fit for the power supply. You've got a 300 watt supply in there right now. I'm leaning towards a "no" on this one, but it might be worth a try.
