to my best knowledge, all Ph II x3s are C2 stepping, whereas the newer calistos come in both C2 and C3. C3 is known to OC better and consume less power.

Hm, the standard boxed price on newegg is $165, but that makes no sense when the boxed X4 940 is $150...real oddball pricing strategy
