Looks like a 690G board with a SB600 southbridge. I'm running one in my Gigabyte 690G board, so they can work in plain AM2 (not +) boards...unless someone at Acer can give you an idea though, you won't know until you drop it in.
I'd make sure to flash the BIOS up to the latest if possible prior to dropping the chip in. Better to do that before than after....
