Phenom II 920 and EVGA 730a motherboard

I have an EVGA 730a motherboard currently with 4GB of DDR2 800 and an Athlon 5600+ processor. Previously, I had a Phenom II 920 on the motherboard. I removed the Phenom II processor because of issues with Flash, gaming, video, etc. No issues are occurring with 5600+. There were no bent pins on the Phenom II. The motherboard is rated to accept 125W processors. Any ideas?

Did you update / flash the motherboard with the latest BIOS?
