I keep getting conflicting reports of what the maximum safe voltage is for the Phenom II 710 processor.

I currently have it at 1.41 clocked at 3.3 ghz with the 4 core unclocked.

I want to push it more but believe i will have to up the voltage sum to achieve this.

Alot of people say you can hit 1.5 with no problems voltage wise as long as you have good cooling but on the amd site it says 1.3 - 1.425 as the voltage.

On the phenom II quad cores it has a range up to 1.5

I have an artic freezer pro 64 as my cooler with idle temps at 41 c, and prime stress testing hitting 52 c.

Thanks

Not knockin your hsf but I would not push your chip beyond 1.425v with that cooling. With an unlocked core and raised voltage you'd be asking it to dissipate more heat than it was designed to handle.

Besides, an unlocked 710 at 3.3 ghz is nothing to sneeze at.
