Phenom 9850 Voltage

So I noticed today that my Phenom 9850 isn't changing voltage when it changes clock speed with Cool n Quiet. I've even tried restoring my Bios to default settings and allowing my Phenom to only run at its default 2.5Ghz, but when it clocks down to 1.25Ghz the voltage remains at 1.28(same as while it runs 2.5Ghz)

My motherboard is a Biostar TA790GX A2+ and I'm using Vista Business 64.

I also tried the program K10stat but I can't get it to allow me to change my Pstate, when ever I hit apply it just defaults back to it's normal settings, and the voltage tab for the CPU is grayed out. AMD overdrive is also unable to change my voltage.

Any ideas would be great.

I figured out my problem with K10Stat, for some strange reason I need to change NB voltage within that program for my cpu voltage to change.

You can let this topic die.
