Phenom 2 940 Normal Temps?

Just wondering if anyone has any information about the normal Idle/Load temps for the Phenom 2 940? Mine is running at about 40C Idle with the stock cooler and mid to upper 40s during Load. Has anyone with this cpu used an aftermarket cooler, and did it help? Thanks!
 
29C Idle and Upper 40's under load, Sunbeam CCF. AC Freezer 64 Pro was 30C Idle with 52C under load.
 
I never even ran the stock cooler for more than 5 minutes, and not under load. @3.6 and 1.4 vcore, its 49c full load with a TRUE.
