Trust me, after doing calisthenics in 90 degree heat and 100% humidity for two months I don't think I was any higher than that. Probably lower.

And if eating 3 ten minute meals a day while working out for 5-6 hours in sweltering tropical heat is what it would take for me to get lower, then no thanks. I guess I'll be "fat".
