I want to over clock my 2.6 GHZ P4 but can't find anything in the BIOS that says Multiplier. There is an entry that says CPU Host Clock that is at 200mhz. Is this the Front Side Bus speed or is this the speed of the CPU? What do I multiply it by to get the total MHZ?

AFAIK it should be the result of the FSB which is 200/800. So 2600/200 = 13.

You cannot change the multiplier value on a P4.

you only up the FSB to OC with intel

its the muiltiplier (your is 13) x FSB

stock 13*200=2600

OK, thanks. Now here's another question. If I up the voltage a notch, how much will my MHZ go up? Is there a utility that will tell me what my MHZ is at?

Well if upping the voltage doesn't increase MHZs then what does it do besides make your CPU run hotter and have a shorter life? I know it makes your system faster but how?

it doesnt do anything....but if you're system is unstable because of OCing the cpu only then you should up its voltage(then of course test it)

In many cases you can overclock the chip farther if you up the voltage. So maybe you can get (for example) 100Mhz overclock with stock voltage, but perhaps twice as much with additional voltage.
