phase-change pad for AMD HS/F

I had problems with my setup and had to remove the Athlon processor from the mobo. My HS/F had a thermal phase-change material which cannot be reused after taking it off. Is a replacement pad available
in the market. How do I remove the phase-change matreial from the
processor and HS/F?
 
i haven't ever heard of a "phase-change" pad, maybe i just never heard it called that...if it's the same thin, thick, sticky gunk that i have seen, just take a razor blade to it and pick up some thermal paste, even generic from radio shack is better than nothing...
