I'm having problems with my computer, it seems to be locking up. It is a very random problem which leads me to belive it's hardware related. No error messages anywhere, it just comes to a full stop, screen frozen at that point. I've tried new memory, lan card, video card, removing software, etc. It seems to run in safe mode though, so that kinda leads me to beleive it's software related. However, I sit in a downstairs area, that gets kind of cold, but when I light a fire in the woodstove, it seems to run better when things warm-up. That sends me back to a possible hardware problem... but still, it runs in safe mode, just slowly... To make matters worse, it's completely random. It's been running since last night, but at times, it may lock continually....

ARGH!!!!!

Leave it next to the fireplace and just turn on the fireplace everytime you want to use the computer.
