I know it's been a while since I've heard anything concrete about this thing, especially with the whole HardOCP situation now resolved. I checked the site for them a few weeks back, nothing really spectacular there. But it did say they were going to be at E3 this year, did anyone who go see anything from them? I mean hell, it's been a few years now, they should have SOMETHING to show, especially when the screenshots I've seen are subpar for even the current consoles, not to mention how horrible they'll be compared to the 360 and the PS3.

Anyone? Linkage to decent material/info on this MIA wannabe console?
 
I don't remember where I read the article, but the company that developed the console ran into financing problems. They need another few million to start getting the console out by Christmas, but they didn't seem very confident that they would.
 
Well they still have their name on the building downtown and there are cars parked out front everyday, so something is still going on....

Attack of The Show is going to be talking with one of the guys from the company on Monday,... I think. Or it was this past Friday,...

I remember them talking about it,...
 
I didn't even know they had an office buiding of their own, I figured it was still being hidden in some basement somewhere. Everything I keep reading on them is smoke and mirrors though, just financial crap and info on how they're breaking history, without actually seeing a working unit.

Dunno if they own the whole building, but the building is fairly large and has INFINIUM emblazened across the top in big color rotating fiber optics... Ironically enough, its directly across from not only the county courthouse, but also the police station and jail 😀
 
actually duke nukem forever should be coming out. they showed pc gamer a working demo apparently, covered in the latest issue i have. crazy.

I saw them demo it on ATOS, eh...not that impressive but it did work although the CEO didnt actually play the game he demoed, they couldnt disclose pricing or the hardware but it should be "current generation" stuff. The CEO stated that a formal press release with pricing and crap will be out in a few weeks. I can't believe that they actually think the the phantom will be a viable venture, I just dont see it working.
