Phantasy Star Online for PC???

I heard a rumor that this is coming out. It sounds great but I cannot find any solid info on it. Anyone have any links?
 
Sega has announced that they are indeed bringing the game to PC.
I'm not aware of any specific dates however.
 
is it a free online gaming or will u have to pay more for it? (i mean u pay for the games and they make u pay again for internet gaming?)
 
Yep, this one is going to be a pay-to-play game.

Considering it's not a persistant online world game like Everquest, I wonder how they'll justify it?
