Anyone else fans of the Phantasm series?


I think the movies rock. Been favorites of mine since i was young. When will the new final one be out

The 3rd one was best in my opinion. The tall man Rocks
 
Absolutely. I heard that Angus Scrimm won't be available to play the Tall Man any longer because he has died, so there probably won't be a last one.
 
IMDB has nothing on his death. Yea the heard the premise for the last one and it sounded awesome. Bruce Campell was going to be in it, and the movie would have rocked.
 
I can't find anything about his death. I remember being bummed out about it. I'm pretty sure I didn't mistake him for someone else. I must have dreamed it or something, I don't know.
 
What is this about? Got a link where I can check this stuff out, see if I might like it? I'm lazy I know
 
My frinds who are into cult horror flicks made me watch like 3 of them in a row. I thought they were okay. Better than B movies, but nothing I felt like watching again.

edit :: OK maybe not. Netflix only has Phantasm IV: Oblivion. Any good?? Should I see the first 3 first? Maybe I can find them XviD/DivX enC somewherez then
 
I remember when the first movie was released. I remember my aunts and uncles talking about it. I wanted to go see it so bad, but I was too little.

Years later, I saw it, and it sucked 😛

Phantasm IV sucked pretty badly, as did Phantasm III. Of course, that's probably to be expected when it went straight to video. 😛

I do have a soft spot for Phantasm II though. My brother and I must have rented that damn movie about 500 times when it came out on video.
