Petter Solberg wins World Rally Championship w/ 1pt over Loeb!

Just saw the final rally of the season, Rally of Great Britain last night... Petter Solberg won the Championship with only 1 point over Loeb! Citroen wins the Manufacturer title though...

Loeb and Solberg were battling right till the end for 1st place... And Makinen and McRae were also battling right till the end for 3rd place... Makinen is retiring though, so that was his last rally for him... nice to see him went out in style...
 
I was disapointed with rally coverage on speed this season. I hate to say this but at the start of the season it was too much. Like 4 days of rally coverage with ralph sheehen reading text sucked. I stopped watching.

I feel bad for Colin Mcrae, the best driver out there.
 
Oh yeah, Sainz also announced that next year will be his final year in the WRC... He's retiring too....
