Petrol question: How many miles does $20 get you?

We've been talking about the rising gas costs and what we drive, so I thought I combine the two.

A Jackson ($20 USD) won't fill my tank anymore, more like $25.50. But last week I put only $20 (on empty) and rode it out until today.

I got 268 miles and five days out of a $20 bill.
I drive a Mazda B2300 truck (4-cyl).

Until my car was stolen two weeks ago, it got me a month of driving to the train station and occasionally around town on the weekends. It was a '97 Civic.

At current gas prices, I'll get about 300 miles for $20 worth of gas if I take it easy with my driving. I drive a Honda Accord (V6).

My 97 Accord fills up @ ~$20 and I get 400+ miles a tank. (I get gass for about $1.50/gal at work)

one tank about 300 miles (12 gallons per fill)... thats about $20 with gas at $1.63

I have a 2000 Accord V6, but most of my driving is local miles, so I only get about 20 MPG, so I'd get about 230 miles.

Har har har.......

Some 350 km (220 miles). My car burns about 8l at 100 km, and unleaded fuel is at 79 cents a liter (3$ a gallon). A full tank (70l, 18.5 gallons) will take me 875 km, or 540+ miles 😀. Too bad a full tank of fuel costs about 55$

EDIT: The consumed fuel is about 7.2l per 100km, and I hope in summer will decrease more (so 242 miles)
