I received the following from someone else, and decided to pass it along:

There is an online petition to stop Ashlee Simpson from performing live due to multiple instances where she showed how bad she "sings".

We hope that the record labels will go back to signing real talent instead of finding an "almost" pretty face or a family member of a real star.

Click the below link to go to the petition and read it and sign it.
It is free to sign and you can view the thousands of other who have signed it.

Let's bring real music back.

Click here for the petition online.

Not only does this not belong in this forum but its so pathetic it shouldn't be posted in any forum.

Woot! I've been hoping someone would start one of these!

Nothing I love more than have so many opportunties (because honestly, I'm constantly invited to sign these) to change the face of the planet! Online petitions make ever-so-much a difference!

That's really poorly written. It could at least request that the recording industry recognize real talent. No one is going to listen to that 12 year old written whining.

It's that girl that lurks in the shadows of her gorgeous sister.... and will never amount to anything no matter how many times she dyes her hair or changes her style.

To (almost) quote the late great Bill Hicks: "I hope Jimi Hendrix will rise from the grave and chop off the head of these no talent hacks".
