This is a repost, so you may find the previous thread educational. As long as you can license Vista Business OEM or Vista Ultimate OEM, you can use WinXP Pro (Retail or OEM) in their place, so there's no need to panic.

OK, I'm kidding. I was/am a long time XP user and I very much liked that OS for the time, but the guilded age for Win XP is passing now and like it or not, Vista is here to stay.

Might as well just accept the facts...
