Microwaves to disperse riots? What kind of world do we live in? A microwave heating a brain will cause permanent brain damage, and eye damage even more easily. In fact, a wifi signal amplified and reflected from a parabolic antenna can cause eye damage at close range.

They had one of these things in popsci, they let the author stand in one to see how long he could take the pain, he managed 2.some seconds, they also did trials of the ammounts of pain it dished out, the toughest most torture proof spec ops guy they tested it on last 3.some seconds, whch was the armies record for standing in this thing.
