Because the source is "Peta", I would say it is in fact not shens. Those "Peta" people are really that stupid.
If they were any smarter, then they would not be members of "Peta." There is some rule with "Peta" that you can only have the same intelligence as a goldfish or a goat or something, (maybe it's a pig?) so most people are exempt from being able to join "Peta."

Note: I am referring to the Terrorist group that calls themselves "People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals" when I am saying "Peta" in this post. I am NOT in any way shape or form insulting any members of the fine, upstanding, excellent, wonderful, and great "People Eating Tasty Animals" organization, as I am indeed a member myself.
